Customers can watch me move on the map in real time and it has basically eliminated the 'where are you?' texts. I used to spend a chunk of every delivery managing anxious customers. Now I just drive. The two-code handoff at pickup and destination is clean and professional — merchants especially seem to appreciate the structured confirmation.
