What can I say about Evelyn T. My initial discussions, follow-up interaction and final NR setup with Evelyn T. was fantastic and outstanding. She is a very personable person, who follows up and guided me through the process and ensured I knew what was expected of me. She guided me through the Editorial staff rejections, communication errors, and helped ensure I was ready to send out the news release. She was always double checking, that I was moving in the right direction to ensure the NR would go out. She added the personal touch needed for a FIRST time user and novice on New Releases.
