I just wanted to leave a review to say…that i'm very happy happy with the way Germano has helped me in renting my flat
I just wanted to leave a review to say that we have been renting our flat out with Martyn Gerrard for the past few years and have been really happy so far with everything. There have been a few bumps in the road however I'm extremely grateful that we have had Germano Simonetti as our Property Manager. He has been outstanding in every way. He's extremely professional and friendly and has always dealt with any issues that have arisen with patience, trying his hardest to get any issues resolved with speed. He responds instantly if you have a problem and is always there at the end of the phone to help in any way he can. He has made the whole experience an extremely pleasant one.
