Truly poor customer service that only focuses on profit and primarily thinks about how they can exploit their passengers after they have bought a ticket. They don't respond at all or only after a week. They advertise that you can buy extra baggage online, which normally costs 100 euros. But you can't do that, and they inform you that extra baggage can only be ordered at the airport for 150 euros. A corrupt airline. At a high level, they aim to exploit and suck money from customers.
