The product was delivered nice and early with a very helpful driver and I had no problems with the equipment. There was a lot of confusion when I tried to extend the booking. I was sent a link to add my CVV number from my card which rejected the payment. I called my bank and they said HSS had rejected it. I called HSS and they told me to call my bank. The error message said present your ID at the local branch, which the person on the phone said I need to do, clearly this was wrong. After being given the wrong phone number by the national helpline line I was then given a premium rate number to call. Basically the people on the phone don’t know. I had paid on Apple Pay originally so when the link was asking for my CVV number it that wasn’t on my account. I managed to work it out and pay the extended period on Apple Pay.
