I have used the service multiple times and it has worker great. This time I had an issue when trying to activate the e-sim via QR code but contacting customer support via chat feature in app helped me. Theresa was the customer support who asked additional questions and in the end sent a new sim via email which worked. I got the issue resolved quickly and the communication was polite and professional. Very positive experience :)
