Flight Insurance Scam
Bought a ticket to North Carolina and back and paid the extra money for flight insurance. The flight back was cancelled and had to spend twice the amount to get back home. This was six months and tons of emails ago (and lots of time on the phone). We still have not been reimbursed. The flight insurance is an absolute scam. Not sure how this is legal. Live and learn....will never buy insurance through Travelocity again and will make sure friends and family know it's a scam.
