I am giving a five star product 3 stars…
I am giving a five star product 3 stars for two reasons: First when getting started I had issues with my pods functionality, it was mostly app related and received top notch customer service from top developers in the company. I appreciate that. Second and solely the reason for less stars is the membership plan. This is undoubtably a premium product that I have enjoyed having for the last year. I am however disappointed to see that if I do not pay the $299 for autopilot I will lose ability to have a basic sleep schedule and have to set my temps every night. This seems very out of line with other premium products. I understand losing functionality of autopilot making adjustments during the night but a basic schedule is minimum of what I would expect from this high end product. Unimpressed and forced to purchase the membership as I do value my schedule and don't want to input it every night. Seems like extortion. Again, I love the product but a big and basic part of that is the schedule which should be able to remain in place with or without a membership. I have an Oura ring to track my biometrics and don't really need both.
