Ocean were great and I would recommend
Tom came to look at the house and explained the process and what Ocean would do. We agreed a sale price which was at the high end of the three estate agents we spoke to. The photos looked great, including some drone shots. The house sold within a week at £10K over asking price. The whole process went on for about six months, but they were there throughout and always on the case. We had trouble with our purchase falling through and the sale wavered, but Ocean didn't put a foot wrong.
