Poor service
Despite the missing item apparently being available on the website - and having paid for it - I received one item (a small jar of skin cream) rattling around in a huge box. I also received a very unclear email and calls to Sandersons and also an emailed query were both ignored. The only way that I discovered the item was out of stock was by checking my own bank account to see that I had been credited. Very poor and unclear communication and I wouldn't use or recommend Sandersons on this basis.
