Terrible service
Avoid at all costs. They charged me extra for seats I haven't changed, delayed my flight, cancelled it, and changed it for a new flight that also got delayed. Arrived more than 6 hours later than I should. In the flight airhosts changed my bag's placemen without my consent, and squished it into a small space. They denied me changing places to seat with a friend, but later changed their acquaintances' seats to the emergency exit row. They were unfriendly and unhelpful. The check-in call center I used could not do anything to help with checking in my flight either, because "our system cannot allow it", and blamed me for not doing the check in properly. Avoid at all costs, as it will only bring you unnecessary trouble.
