Unauthorised Withdrawals from Bank by Lebara
I cancelled the one-month SIM within the time limit. Notwithstanding, they still took another month's debit from my account. So a week after unauthorised withdrawal, rang the Lebara Contact No., they assured me that my bank account would be credited (had formerly been given a PAC code and STAC code, in order to cancel). One month on, have still not received a refund. Spoke to the 'online chat' today, they lied and said that my account had been credited in January. It had not. They told me to raise the issue with my bank .... why? when they are at fault. After questions that they could not answer, they cancelled the call. Totally disgusted. On another note, why do you need my email password?
