Poor Delivery, no reply to any email
I ordered a product, and it took a month to be delivered, even with the tracking, got stuck at many steps with no details. What upset me is the fact that I sent them 7 emails with NO REPLY. This is not acceptable ! One week after the delivery, they reply to me and said it has been delivered : Another lack of respect. Can't have point of view about the quality of the product, but for sure they do not respect their customers. Respect of the customer is #1 in the hierarchy of priorities when you are running a business.
