Rented a car for from Budget from Bordeaux Airport. I was dealing with Romain. Because of flight time he kept the office open later for me to collect the car. I needed to drop the car back slightly later than originally agreed and was no hassle at all. All the staff were extremely pleasant. Definitely book with budget again.
