I needed to cancel my contract and sent an email, but I never received a response. There are no cancellation instructions on the website, and I couldn’t even unlink my payment method. After calling the customer service center multiple times, I finally spoke with a representative who, due to language barriers, was difficult to understand. She informed me that I must wait 30 days before my contract can be cancelled. I find this process frustrating and unclear, especially with no reply to my initial cancellation request. How is it legal to make customers wait so long without proper communication or online options? This experience has been very disappointing. Update: I contacted them 4 times on 4 different email addresses, on their website and that they provided me, and they still didn't reply.
