Terrible company
Terrible company, I tried to order a greenhouse with a base, at which point I was told the “free” postage wasn’t free despite this not normally being the case for my postcode. When the greenhouse finally arrived the base was missing and I was rather rudely informed that for some reason it hadn’t been ordered, and they wanted another £120 odd to send me one! Also when you phone the number on their emails you end up speaking to the manufacturers who just happen to employ the same guy who runs greenhousestores🙄 Wish I’d paid a little bit more for a better product and decent customer service…
