Disappointed with build quality
Ordered their premium cooling kit but one of the mounting brackets arrived cracked. Replacement took two weeks to arrive and the customer service wasn't very helpful initially. The actual cooling performance is decent once everything was properly installed, but the initial experience left a bad taste.
