We had booked 2 rides with Imperial. The first to be picked up at the airport. Once they learned of the flight being early they contacted me right away and sent the driver immediately. I appreciated the communication. The second pick up was from hotel and they were right on time waiting for us. The vehicles were clean and always had water in them. The drivers were as polite and caring. Thank you Imperial! You have made it easy and relaxing to ride with you! You will surely be my number 1 pick for service!
