Worst delivery service and no one cares
Dan Murphy, step up your delivery game, seriously. Aside from the fact that my very first delivery purchased got returned to the store 3 times (you have one job!), don’t bother choosing the 2-4 business day delivery. I normally choose the 2-hour window for an extra $5 and it is worth it, trust me. I have waited at home all day, putting off other tasks, and I still don’t have my delivery, and it is well past the 6-hour window allowed for. The online chat couldn’t give me any more info as to when the driver will arrive. Woeful!! We’re your customers DMs!! Take heed of this feedback and step up your game. We can easily go to BWS who deliver within an hour!!
