Would not recommend
The initial part of booking the concrete mixer was easy, it was delivered and we were able to use the equipment. The reason for the 1 star was the nightmare we had returning the items. I had booked for the delivery return to be 31/03, I received an email to say that I had not returned the items and therefore would have my length of service extended for a fee of £1.94. I was charged this amount for an error that was not my fault. I was constantly emailed 3, 4 times a day chasing when I was waiting for a delivery date. I was also charged £2.44 without knowing the reason why. To this date, I have not received a refund for the company's mistake. After chasing the company, they planned two delivery dates (cancelled one last minute). I received an email after they had picked up the equipment and receipt of pick up, that I had not returned the items. Overall, an extremely poor service and I will not recommend to family & friends due to a serious lack of communication.
