I have signed and paid deposit for the French courses in Nice, France this summer. And even bought the plane tickets. Having really bad experience with your office in Bogota - educational adviser Daniel Ardila: 1) didn't show up for our schedule web meeting; 2) sending me email on Spanish with instructions, and I don't speak Spanish - I have impression he is totally unprofessional or mocking on me; 3) previously, was communicating with their representative who made a lot of grammar errors, do they speak English at all if they are dealing with USA customers? 4) they don't have any rep in USA, 5) they are not giving exact deadline or steps to do next, they referring you to Student Portal which is unclear and not prompt by itself. Etc,, - they giving impression being unprofessional or fake/fraudulent or maybe both. At this moment I am questioning are they legit or know, feels like I am dealing with scammers or fraudsters.
