Smooth easy experience moving from 20+ years with Virgin to Squirrel. Tidy, neat Installation delivered on date agreed and up and running same day. Got slightly higher Mb speed, fixed price contract, no mid term price increases and £3 less per month than my expired Virgin contract. More than anything, queries answered quickly by email, or phone by British persons speaking clear understandable english rather than foriegners in foriegn call centres....what a bonus! Overall delighted with Squirrel service.
