A very efficient and thorough Level 3 building survey
Ben was very efficient in arranging a Level 3 building survey and preparing his report, and although the property I am purchasing is a new build and generally in good condition, he was very thorough and managed to identify a number of material issues for me to raise with the vendor before completing the purchase. I really appreciate his promptness and professionalism!
