ORDER WZANDREAM3641EU I ordered this from Andream, 8.8" wireless Apple CarPlay + Android auto Head unit multimedia for a BMW Series 5 E60. The delivery was 5 days which was the only good thing, when I opened the box the first thing I found was the return card from the previous buyer. I contacted there customer support (a man called Tang) who assured me that the unit was unused and only returned as the previous buyer no longer wanted it and that it had been fully checked. After fitting the unit the first fault was the Bluetooth and WiFi didn’t work so CarPlay could only be used via usb. Next the sound was only working on the left side speakers. After many emails they finally sent a replacement cable which fixed the speaker problem but not the Bluetooth or WiFi. I have now returned the unit to them at my expense of £40 as the microphone stopped working 2 weeks later so could no longer use the hands free or Siri or google maps. My advice is to steer well clear of this company and there products.
