Scam artists- false advertising new customer offer
Was looking for a new customer offer and saw Spreadex bet £10 and receive £40 in new bets advertised. Joined and 1 minute after my account was made received an email titled ‘update on offer eligibility’ advising I am not able to take advantage of any offers’ without explaining why, they just provided contact details should I wish to discuss further. I called up in disbelief having already bet £10 and was told this could be for reasons from having old accounts with them, the IP address already having an account etc and when I advised this wasn’t the case he reverted to ‘well it’s our offer to withdraw. Blatant false advertising and I look forward to pursuing a claim against you. Big mistake
