Worst Service Ever
I had one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences with Lycamobile. I attempted to port my number from my previous provider to Lycamobile starting June 14, and it has been nothing but a nightmare since. Despite countless calls to their customer service, all I received were false promises — every agent assured me that my SIM would be activated within 24 hours. That never happened. My previous provider deactivated my old service during this process, and thanks to Lycamobile’s complete failure, I have been left without any service or access to my number for over 10 days. I’ve missed important calls, been cut off from essential services, and no one at Lycamobile seems to care or take ownership of this situation.Their customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful, and I feel completely let down. I would strongly caution anyone considering Lycamobile — if this is how they handle porting and customer issues, I can only imagine how bad it would be with anything else. If I could give negative stars, I would.
