I ordered several items during their archive sale. Two of the shoes were too small (I had previously purchased a pair of shoes from Sezane in a size 7 and they fit perfectly). So I ordered a size 7 again, they were extremely smaller than my previous shoe purchase. I reached out to Customer Service through their Whatsapp and their response was that they no longer take return because it’s an archive purchase and I should “resell” them on poshmark. I found this response infuriating. I will never again purchase from them. Why would I spend several hundred dollars on shoes when they are inconsistent in their sizing, poor quality (the strap on the Paula Babies look as if they were previously worn) and very poor customer service. I do not recommend purchasing from them.
