I vote Rachel for employee of the year

Rachel was the most polite and nicest employee I have ever had the pleasure of talking to from any business especially over the phone. She made it very simple and took what information was needed while being quick and thorough all at the same time. Even my landlord who has never said these words in the 12 years I’ve known him said “she was very nice” while talking about Rachel!
