I ordered 2 sim cards
I ordered 2 sim cards. 1x 4GB data, 1x unlimited for the phone. Both arrived in one envilope. There is no info to tell which card is for what plan. I tried customer care at least 20 times but no answer. Sent an email, No answer. Tried to cancel by email, no answer. Online AI robot, no answer. I have not had an experience in any way shape or form, with any company, that was worse then Lyca in respect of customer care. Obviously I will not activate the cards. Seem I have lost the money but I will have to go with a different company. I had asked to refund the money. Thanks to Trustpilot they replied but did not mention refund at all. Instead they asked me to activate the cards. I just want a refund, because this company obviously can not be trusted.
