New policy holder so not used the…
New policy holder so not used the service as such for car breakdown cover and hope I don’t have to !!!! had an issue over e mail of policy confirmation not coming through on two occasions so I used another e mail after calling them and this resolved things straight away very helpful and courteous on the phone !!! if the clerical side I have received on rectification is any thing to go by I’d say I’d like to think the help and service in the future would be as promising in the unlikely event my car breaks down !!! So far so good !!! Thankyou !
