Great Product and Amazing Support
My controller right stick started drifting pretty bad. I reached out to them they provided a shipping label which made it easy. They ended up replacing my controller no questions asked. The whole process took about 3weeks and although that was my expectation I was very impatient (sorry). The support staff always came through super respectful and helpful with good info in order to keep me at bay lol. After the experience, I have to say! Great product and amazing support!!!
