DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE COMPANY

Me and my wife are set to fly out to london from chicago for our honeymoon. We booked on seperate occasions and somehow my wife booked to fly out a day earlier and return a day earlier. You would think this is an easy problem to fix... THINK AGAIN!. We phoned them a few days after we booked our flights in order to change her flight over. The man said it would cost her an additional $1500 to change the tickets by 1 day. I do not understand the logic of this. I can go online and buy new tickets for $1200 off of the actual website. My wife got off of the phone in tears. We thought to ourselves, maybe we should just accept defeat and fly out on different days. 2 days later I decided to call them my self. Maybe my wife mis-heard them I thought to my self. I call them back and and talk to a new gentlemen. Explained our situation to him once again. He was polite but once again said "to change the flights it will coast you an additional $1500". I then asked to speak to a manager... 10 minutes later, Michelle from the pheonix location is transfered through to me. For the third time i explain my situation. I can hear it in her voice from the moment she first spoke that she had no interest in helping me in any way, shape or form. She then explained that when she types in these new flights in her system, the new tickets (inbound-outbound) are showing up at $2400. I explained that the first tickets i see on the website which i had infront of me states that they are $1200. She then stated rudely, well then get those tickets. I would expect and accept a flight change fee, but to have to pay an additional $1500 is absolutely rediculous. I then asked her if i could speak to a manager yet again, seeing as she was a supervisor and she told me that there was nobody else available to deal with this issue. I said, so your telling me it's mid day on a friday and theres no managers on site at US airways. She said, "yes there is nobody else available to deal with your issue". I am mentally exausted with this situation. Hopefully this review can save someone else money & time.
