We first engaged Simon at Indlu last year when we started to think about selling our home, however at the time we decided not to proceed due to personal reasons. Simon applied NO pressure(unlike most other agents we met) once ready he was our first call !! Within days he had provided all paperwork and taken photos. We discussed dan open house and decided this was the best option for us (we have 2 year old twins so keeping things constantly tidy was not an option) From the open day we had 2 offers.
