I was very satisfied with the energy ombudsman

I was very satisfied with the engagement updates and the guidance given throughout the process. My case workers were very knowledgeable and were able to understand my problem statement clear. My complaint took 7 months but that was the fault of the energy provider who are terrible and contested the ombudsman decision.
