Ordered the tickets 2 hrs before entry…
Ordered the tickets 2 hrs before entry time, received a confirmation e-mail but no tickets. The tickets were for 12:45 entry currently 1:30, and still no tickets. Contacted them via Chat Bot, of which no useful response, emailed them, no response, and no contact phone number. Do not use! Currently have wasted over 100euros. If we had purchased direct from the Acropolis it would have been 60euros and we would have actually had tickets! 28/08/25 Refund has now been given, but does not make up for not being able to see the Acropolis on the day trip to Athens.
