Complex Billing Issue
I had a bit of a complex billing issue which Alyssia resolved. The first advisor failed to understand the issue, but once I was transferred to Alyssia they took time to understand the issue and was very helpful. I imagine they had to work with a few stakeholders and was always able to provide an update on what she was waiting for and the what stage the resolution was at. Thanks Alyssia for the excellent customer service!!
