Great...unless you have a problem!!

I have been a long time customer with SkyLux Travel. They are excellent until you have a problem. I booked an international trip to Africa almost a year in advance and the airlines kept changing the flight times throughout the year--10 or 15 minute changes. SkyLux re-routed our son twice (he was traveling with us on the return flight) rebooking him and another person in our person without telling us--on a separate day--potentially stranding these two people in Africa! When the tour operator in Africa noticed the change, I called SkyLux immediately (a month before the trip) and they told me that it would cost $1000 per person ($2000 total) to fix it!! SkyLux said it was the airline's fault, but SkyLux is the one that rebooked the flight, changing the day in order to save money on their end. They have lost my business forever.
