**UPDATE- I received my refund on Sunday May 4. Appreciate the kindness and speed of their customer service and will continue to buy from EE! ***UPDATE- I got a response from EE and they are helping with a claim and I will update further when resolution is final but they did respond quickly and was happy with the email exchanges but I did speak to a male at customer service in the past hour and lets just say he was overly unfriendly and barely let me speak. Ive had a lot of orders with EE and usually everything is absolutely perfect and I do look forward to more orders and I thank Entertainment Earth for reaching out quickly and will update further when I receive the actual refund.*** I placed an order with Entertainment Earth for 2 of the Funko Stranger Things mystery mini season four 4 packs for $26.99 each. I should of received 8 random mystery mini figures. I received my order and only received a total of 2 figures not 8. I paid $53.98 plus tax. I sent in pictures and the weight of the UPS package was only 9oz. I have attempted to reach Entertainment Earth by chat and phone. Phone recording is telling me no customer service is available. I need help getting this resolved and I can't reach the company by any means.
