We are extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from your side. It has been over four weeks since we contacted you by email, and we have not received any response. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable, and we are seriously reconsidering our relationship with your company. If we do not receive a reply within the next 3 business days, we will proceed to cancel our insurance contract and look for a more reliable provider.
