Great start and terrible (no) follow through
My initial order with the company was great. Got my first order, very attentive customer service, no issues. Then I needed to cancel and could not get a hold of anyone. No response- like I did not exist. Phone calls, emails, chats, nothing got through to anyone and my card was charged for another month I did not want. Very sad about the outcome as the beginning experience went so well.
