Terrible customer service! Stay away…
Evri lost my parcel on 12th March after trying to resolve this issue directly. I sent e mails which they claim they have not received and then they replied to my Facebook messenger message after a week saying they would resolve it and asked for my address which I provided promptly. They haven’t read my message and it’s been a few weeks now. I see a lot of people who have had problems have had the same issue with customer service. Stay away from this company or you will pay out money for nothing to show for it! Their customer service is diabolical.
