STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE
STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE My family rented TWO beach homes 2 weeks ago. This was my second time using one of their properties. This time I stayed in NEPTUNES SANCTURY. The house was FILTHY and ROACH INFESTED. When we arrived at the home, the trash bins were FULL. Customer service said that someone would come by to get the trash but NEVER did. There was hair in the Master bathroom and bed. There were ROACHES all throughout the 2nd floor, the kitchen, including INSIDE the refrigerator! I have photos and video and numerous text messages to prove all this. Our private chef spent most his time killing roaches while trying to provide a sanitary meal! RYSON and VTrips has yet to contact me about a resolution. I keep getting bullsh** answers with NO RESOLVE. After spending nearly 4K for 2 houses for 3 days, you would think someone would give a SH**. Never do business with them!
