I had to complain about the housekeeping

I had to complain about the housekeeping and lack of good service in the restaurant at the Las Vegas branch of trump hotel. I asked for the sheets to be changed. As a punishment all the pillows were replaced with a mix of horrible cheap foam and baby pillows. We don’t understand why they were taken away as we were staying 4 nights. The housekeeping number was engaged so we could not get more pillows as they had all been taken. Such a shame to have ruined such a positive experience as now we are ending on this. There is no manager with any authority to do anything which is a shame. Ryan the general manager never replied to my email to him
