Absolutely Horrible
I placed my order in June and had tried reaching out multiple times on instagram and then email just to be told they are having “shipping issues”. I reached out again October 2nd and was told I was to receive my order “soon” or late October. It is now the END of October and I still haven’t gotten anything shipped. They encourage you to reach out then never respond, they have an order status that you can use on their website just for it to be blank and tell you theres no updates on your order and then never reply with any updates after you reach out. I want a refund but seeing how much they lack in their customer service I am sure there will be some excuse as to why I cant get my well spent money back. 5 months is ridiculous. 0 stars.
