It’s an ok service
It’s an ok service, does what it’s supposed to. However, I’ve found that customer service by chat is a pain, rude and slow. I did have a great experience when I called in though. I’m a fairly new user but there’s a change I’d suggest so far. Make it possible to create albums and organize photos in IPhotos. It seems like such a basic function to introduce and would make a huge difference.
