Can I give -1 star

Can I give -1 star? They are the worst. I woke up with bites when I checked the bed I found a bed bug 😩. When I called the front desk they took forever to send someone up. They did change my room…I went from ocean view to overlooking 2 cranes digging on a lower floor. So I got down graded.
