Extremely poor communication and…
Extremely poor communication and delivery timeframes. I was advised the watch came with a 7-10 day delivery timeline. I am still waiting 19 days later, with the only communication initiated by me. Had 2 emails ignored, moved over to WhatsApp for updates and still nothing. If you plan to buy a watch from here, be prepared to wait a while until you receive it, and dont expect many emails apologising for the delay.
