I’ve had a terrible experience with Fridays, for the amount of money we pay you’d think they actually care and pay attention to what their patients requests are. I’ve received the wrong blend of medication and constantly get the run around when it comes to resolving the problem, I’ve had several phone calls with their customer support team, they escalate and have a medical assistant reach out they’ve requested that I have multiple consultations for that same problem but they still haven’t shipped my correct medication. Every time I reach out I’m told to have another consultation, the provider then agrees and approves to send the right medication and it never ships even though my dashboard shows the right medication blend, I still was shipped the wrong prescription. Save yourself the headache and stress, look elsewhere for the care you need. This place is terrible and no one seems to read your notes and the amount of times you reach out for assistance.
