Proper old fashioned customer service!

I saw a bike advertised on ebay by Penrith Motorcycles. When I phoned them they were very pleasant and informative about the bike I was interested in so I paid for it then and they delivered it to me near York. The bike was even better than the ebay pictures! Just as Tony described on the phone. John who brought the bike arrived exactly when said, he was very friendly and a wealth of tips & advice for my new hobby. I am more than pleased with the bike, it exceeds all expectations. I would not hesitate in recommending Penrith Motorcycles to anyone. Thanks Chaps!!
