I can’t give a zero but I would if it were an option. Duplicated charges on invoice, gave unnecessary treatments to increase cost up to insurance limit. Insurance company disputed and we were left with a bill to pay. We then disputed this with Pet Medics who referred our case straight to debt collection company. A disgraceful company.
